摘要: Hereditary gastric cancer includes the hereditary diffuse syndrome and a recently described designated as adenocarcinoma proximal polyposis of stomach. is caused by E-cadherin gene (CDH1) alterations model development has been described, encompassing mild non-atrophic gastritis, in situ signet ring cell (diffuse) carcinoma, pagetoid spread cells invasive carcinoma. Gastric stomach characterized fundic gland polyposis, with areas dysplasia or intestinal type cancer, restricted to stomach, no evidence colorectal duodenal other heritable gastrointestinal syndromes. The genetic cause not identified yet.
