摘要: The quinoid anthracycline-related anti-cancer agents represent an important group of anti-tumour drugs with a wide spectrum activity. We review here some the separation techniques used for analysis anthracyclines and related compounds. In this we have covered range compounds from early anthracycline antibiotics such as doxorubicin to more recent anthracenediones anthrapyrazoles mitoxantrone losoxantrone, respectively. also include novel AQ4N C1311, both awaiting clinical trial. Separations anthraquinone are predominantly by HPLC. These been variety applications including drug stability, protein binding therapeutic monitoring well detailed pharmacokinetic metabolic studies. Pharmacokinetics, therefore analysis, plays central role in development new leads better understanding clinically established class. Sample preparation extraction methods solid-phase liquid-liquid highlighted. Many highly coloured fluoresce. They suitable detection UV-Vis, electrochemical fluorescence. described sometimes complex separations that needed evaluation biological samples.
