摘要: The 'magic bullet' concept of specifically targeting cancer cells at the same time as sparing normal tissues is now proven, several monoclonal antibodies and targeted small-molecule compounds have been approved for treatment. Both are therefore promising tools target-protein-based therapy. We discuss compare distinctive properties these two therapeutic strategies so to provide a better view development new drugs future direction
