Electroformation of giant liposomes in microfluidic channels

摘要: We present an on-chip method to produce various types of giant liposomes using electroformation in microfluidic channels. These channels were sandwiched between glass slides coated with indium tin oxide (ITO) electrodes. Giant formed inside the by applying ac voltage. Important characteristics obtained investigated quantitatively. found that 54% produced had diameters exceeding 10 µm and 90% did not enclose extra themselves. Using two channels, we nano/micrometre- sized materials encapsulated simultaneously on a chip.
