摘要: Abstract A microfluidic chip with preparation module and collection for giant vesicles by technology microelectrode array was fabricated. First, lipid solution loaded into the through microchannels to form film, then an electric field subsequently on array, controlled diameter were formed efficiently. The ratio of stable spherical could reach up 60%. Giant other materials flushed upper layer chamber microchannel. 90% 10–50 mm be sorted in using micropore filter gravity depositing. This overcome some defects existing current method such as low efficiency, wide distribution diameters, well difficult screening collection.
