摘要: The invention provides highly concentrated chitosan-nucleic acid polyplex compositions and dispersions, methods for producing the dispersions. Methods of mixing polyplexes include an inline chitosan solution nucleic solution, followed by further concentrating dispersion polyplexes, optionally with aggregation inhibitor. Further provided are altering diameter polyplexes.
