摘要: The present invention provides an anionic polyplex formed from a nucleic acid and polymer further comprising cation, which can be in the form of nanoparticle or microparticle compositions polyplex. uses such as delivery into cells methods treating disease, disorder condition selected group consisting cancer, metabolic, neurodegenerative, cardiovascular, infectious inflammatory disease disorder. also complex divalent cation but lacking polymer, that is capable forming colloidal suspension.
