摘要: The interface between tourism and built heritage is complicated because much located in the middle of living communities. Questions arise about how to achieve a balance expectations tourists community. To study this question, paper reports on tourists’ residents’ impressions an international site, Kampong Taman Sari Indonesia. Using linear-numeric semantic differential as measuring instrument nine consensus photographs site stimuli, investigated similarities differences three groups: (international domestic) residents. Three principal dimensions were found underlie site: Attractiveness, Organisation, Novelty. Significant among all groups their Attractiveness. In terms Organisation domestic have similar but these differ significantly from On other hand, residents Novelty which evaluated differently by tourists.
