摘要: Iodine is in the crucial parts of two hormones T4 and T3 produced by thyroid glands which are essential for all aspects human metabolisms. It demonstrated that iodine deficiency can be considered as sole cause many abnormalities including mental disorders. sufficient degree to hypothyroidism during fetus life early infancy will accompanied with brain abnormality possibly stage retardation. The among subjects their childhood not severe those or infancy. In adult sever also associated disorders due direct side effects occurred lack iodine. clinical manifestation show itself psychological subjects. status within blood evaluated through measurement urinary level low concentration an indicative hypothyroidism. Mental retardation damage prevented if supplementation prescribed duly on time.
