摘要: Photoelectrochemical (PEC) H2 generation is a green energy solution to upcoming crises. We have modified photo-unstable CdS thin film with TiO2- nanoparticles. Semiconductor electrolyte interface (SEI) of surface using MottSchottky (MS) anal- ysis used evaluate the relative band edge positions and flat-band potential (VFB). Effect applied AC-fre- quency, pH electrode modifica- tion, on VFB carrier-concentration studied. Modi- fied photoanode shows high photocurrent stability, than bare photoanode. Improved performance attributed higher recombi- nation lifetime charge carrier as deduced by elec- trochemical impedance spectroscopy.
