摘要: There is a lack of information on arsenic metabolism in children exposed chronically to low levels (<50 µg L−1). The objective this study was determine the methylation profile urinary metabolites low-level concentrations via their drinking water. A cross-sectional undertaken 50 from four towns Yaqui Valley, Sonora, with total values 39.9, 16.8, 7.3, and 5.5 L−1 water, respectively. First morning void samples were analyzed for inorganic-As (InAs), mono dimethyl (MMA DMA). excreted urine ranged 23.1 99.1 these did not vary by sex. Children highest level water amount length residence age also had significant contribution. lower range exposure (16.8–5.5 L−1) similar amounts ...
