摘要: The vitellogenin gene promoter (VgP) is an essential cis-regulatory element that plays a significant role in transcription of the (Vg) gene, leading to production yolk protein insects, including lepidopterans. However, function VgP still not clear Plutella xylostella. Here, we cloned 5.1 kb DNA fragment region adjacent 5' end Vg P. xylostella (PxVg). We identified two sites upstream sequence PxVg and performed vitro analysis sequences (PxVgP1, 4.9 kb, PxVgP2, 2.9 kb) embryonic cell line PxVgP2 exhibited higher enhanced green fluorescent (EGFP) expression, so was used for vivo analysis.
