摘要: Background P120 is a nucleolar proliferation antigen found in rapidly dividing cells and variety of malignancies. Methods Our purpose was to determine whether expression prognostic factor for patients with node-negative breast cancer by testing pathologic material from 90 immunoreactivity, histologic grade, estrogen receptors. Results detected 52 the specimens (58%). Node-negative tumors that did not express had significantly better overall survival rate than (92% vs 69%; p = 0.035). Histologic studies indicated 36 were grade I, 28 II, 26 III. The presence correlated nuclear tumor: 73% III tumors, 64% II 42% I stained positive (p 0.033). correlation between also significant (grade 1, 94%; 79%; III, 58%); 0.003). No Multivariate analysis shows together are strongest predictors survival. Conclusions biologic marker may play an important role determining which will benefit most adjuvant therapy.
