摘要: Breast cancer is a heterogeneous disease regarding morphology, invasive behavior, metastatic capacity, hormone receptor expression and clinical outcome. For prediction of prognosis, tumor cell kinetics an important feature, traditionally evaluated by estimation growth-associated parameters such as mitotic index, S-phase fraction proliferation coupled proteins, for example proliferating nuclear antigen (PCNA) Ki-67 antigen. Recent data indicate that deregulation the cycle can occur at different levels in "deregulation pattern" be significance. In present overview we give short description approaches used assessments, whereafter more recent on are discussed. Alterations importance breast include overexpression cyclins D1 E, down-regulation cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors, p16, inactivation retinoblastoma p53 suppressor proteins.
