摘要: Colletotrichum falcatum, a concealed fungal ascomycete causes red rot, which is serious disease in sugarcane. It infects economically important stalk tissues, considered as store house of sugar The study to find genetic complexities C. falcatum establishing this infecting pathogen and decipher the unique lifestyle using NGS technology. We report draft genome about 48.16 Mb size with 12,270 genes. sequences were compared other species revealed that closely related graminicola C.sublineola causal organisms anthracnose maize sorghum. These results brought new revelation explore specialized infect sugarcane tissues detail.
