摘要: Abstract The relations between the nutritional state and polysome level are determined in fat body silk glands of Bombyx mori larva. In body, is drastically reduced during starvation increases rapidly 20 min after intake food. This delay does not correspond to a digestion time or transit intestine. increase occurs only if free amino acids present ingestion tryptophan alone by previously starved larvae promotes formation heavy polysomes an incorporation radioactive precursors into proteins body. Enhancement proteosynthetic activity this organ can also be obtained independently any food injection various unrelated substances. Tryptophan insulin have no effect on glands.
