摘要: Insulin dependency of the effect dietary protein on in vitro synthesis skeletal muscle was studied rats. Re-feeding fasted rats with an adequate diet caused increase synthetic activity within only 5 hours a concomitant concentration polyribosomes. During re-feeding protein-free increased significantly but it somewhat lower than fed diet. The insulin plasma promptly and markedly when were re-fed either these diets.
