摘要: Partial amino acid sequence analysis of a major outer membrane protein Proteus mirabilis (39-kDa protein) indicates that it is an OmpA protein. The mitogenic activities the 39-kDa for murine lymphocytes were also investigated with T isolated by passing spleen cells over columns nylon wool fiber and B obtained treating monoclonal antibodies to Thy1 plus complement. showed little activity in stimulating proliferate but was strongly cells.
