摘要: The aim of this study was to identify Trichuris species in wild ruminants from 32 localities the Czech Republic using morphological and molecular methods (ITS1-5.8S RNA-ITS2 region polymorphisms). Trichurids were obtained 176 (roe deer, sika red fallow deer mouflons) that culled between 2009 2017. discolor is predominant trichurid all above-mentioned ruminants, whereas ovis identified less frequently roe mouflons. Red parasitised exclusively by T. discolor. Young hosts under 1 year age more intensively infected trichurids than adults (χ2 = 32.02, p = 0.00). Trichurid prevalence results through coprological those based on parasitological dissections differed significantly (χ2 = 16.26, regression analysis indicated eggs per gram (EPG) threshold (20 EPG) exceeded only if host 7 females. Full concordance positive via direct achieved when number females 51.
