摘要: The effect of the presence methylated bases in ribosomal RNA on efficiency with which forms hybrid complexes complementary DNA has been investigated. A comparison between methyl-deficient RNA, from methionine-deprived and chloramphenicol-treated Escherichia coli , mature untreated cells, showed no differences hybridization efficiency. Evidence for accumulation messenger both cells was obtained.
