摘要: Neutrophils enter tissues including the uterus and are found in endometrium increased numbers prior to menses. In this environment, they exposed transforming growth factor (TGF)-beta1 produced by endometrial stromal epithelial cells. We observed that incubation of neutrophils vitro with TGF-beta1 at 1 pg/ml significantly reduced their secretion lactoferrin response lipopolysaccharide (LPS). This effect was achieved as little 15 min pretreatment TGF-beta1. Inhibition release irrespective whether were stimulated ligands for Toll-like receptor (TLR)-2, TLR-4 or FPR, G protein-coupled formylated peptides. negated SB-431542, a small molecule inhibitor specifically blocks kinase activity type I TGF-beta (ALK5) contrast release, another important neutrophil function, interleukin (IL)-8 driven chemotaxis, not affected 100 pg/ml. conclude female reproductive tract, inhibition degranulation may prevent these cells from initiating an inflammatory releasing degradative enzymes could potentially damage oocyte fetus.
