摘要: The persistence of naive and memory T cells has long been interest to immunologists, but the factors that influence survival homeostasis these subsets have remained obscure. In recent years, it become evident both T-cell pools is highly dynamic tightly regulated by internal stimuli, including cytokines self-peptide–MHC ligands for receptor. These homeostatic mechanisms might a vital on capacity pool respond foreign self-antigens.
