摘要: ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the effects high intensity endurance training (ET) and resistance (RT) alone in combination on various military tasks. Thirty-five male soldiers were randomly assigned one four groups: total body plus (RT + ET), upper (UB RT only, ET only. Training performed 4 days per week for 12 weeks. Testing occurred before after 12-week regimen.
