摘要: We have demonstrated the post-irradiation development of countable endogenous spleen colonies in spleens transplanted intraperitoneally 6 weeks prior to X-irradiation host. further exogenous on grafts irradiation host and injection bone-marrow cells. Although autografted irradiated recipients did not attain their presplenectomy mass, number colony forming units (CFU)/105 injected cells assayed after cell was about same as sham-splenectomized mice. Isografted mice were much smaller than or CFU/105 per isograft only 25–33 % that observed
