摘要: A retrospective study of 129 cases extrahepatic portal hypertension was undertaken in an attempt to evaluate the relative merits conservative versus surgical approaches condition. The complex interrelationships multiple procedures were untangled when possible, but "need intervene" has distorted natural history disease so that statistical comparisons should be thought as trends and not absolutes. There is obvious need for a prospective disease; however, this must developed multiinstitutional program because relatively low incidence great inconstancy bleeding patterns individual cases. Currently, mesocaval shunt provides best results esophagogastrectomy only possible there high risk massive from large varices.
