摘要: Pichia pastoris is an attractive candidate platform for recombinant protein production. Dissolved oxygen one of the most important factors in cultivation P. pastoris. However, effect on triggering productivity led to ambivalent results. In our earlier work, a two-compartment system, consisting single reactor coupled with plug flow (PFR), has been proposed as tool improve quantity and quality. The goal this work was investigate effects frequency (the residence time broth PFR) amplitude dissolved level reactor) stress productivity, titer physiology. A strain, which expressed horseradish peroxidase, used model system. Thirteen experiments were performed. Multivariate data analysis done results showed that did not influence titer, physiology over range studied while influenced specific quadratic function. other words, intermediate (25%) highest titter, irrespective PFR. turn, variation growth physiology, quantified biomass carbon dioxide yields.
