摘要: Abstract Bai Ku Yao is an isolated subgroup of the minority in China. The special customs and cultures including their clothings, intraethnic marriages, corn wine rum intakes are still completely conserved to present day. Little known about association diet alcohol consumption with serum lipid levels this population. aim study was compare differences diet, consumption, middle-aged elderly between Guangxi Han populations. A total 485 subjects 501 participants Chinese aged 40 over were surveyed by a stratified randomized cluster sampling. Information on dietary intake collected standard questionnaires. Serum measured.
