摘要: Modulation of plant immune system by extrinsic/intrinsic factors and host-specific determinants fine-tunes cellular components involving multiple organelles, particularly nucleus to mount resistance against pathogen attack. Rice blast, caused hemibiotrophic fungus Magnaporthe oryzae, is one the most devastating diseases that adversely affect rice productivity. However, role nuclear proteins their regulation in response M. oryzae remains unknown. Here, nucleus-associated pathways blast-resistant genotype are elucidated. Temporal analysis proteome carried out using 2-DE coupled MS/MS analysis. A total 140 responsive identified associated with reorganization, cell division, energy production/deprivation, signaling, gene regulation. The data interrogated correlation network significant functional modules pointing toward immune-related coinciding processes through a common mechanism remodeling homeostasis. Novel clues regarding blast include redox homeostasis glycolytic enzyme-mediated chromatin organization which manipulates division immunity. Taken together, study herein provides evidence coordination function reprogramming host translational machinery regulate disease.
