摘要: It was shown that the decrease in phosphatidylinositol (PI) content cdc 28 G1-cells due to a defect inositol transport. This transport linked microtubular function which evident by effect of disrupting agent (colcemid) on stationary phase A364A cells. The involvement PI yeast G1 further substantiated observation o-phenanthroline, blocks cells phase, could inhibit and levels as well. is proposed regulation metabolism mediated gene microtubules may play major role mechanism action this product.
