摘要: Abstract Background: The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that pediatricians become knowledgeable in and comfortable with providing palliative care. Objective: study goals included: determining the extent training, knowledge, experience, comfort competence care communication symptom management pediatric residents fellows; obtaining residents' fellows' views on key concepts; identifying topics methods for education; differences responses between fellows. Design/Methods: In academic year 2006–2007 pediatrics fellows completed a survey on: competence, delivering care; practices; suggestions education.
