摘要: The effects of single oral doses mequitazine (5 and 10 mg), terfenadine (60 mg) triprolidine (10 as active controls, placebo were evaluated on visuo-motor coordination, digit symbol substitution, critical flicker fusion dynamic visual acuity, subjective assessments mood well-being in six normal female volunteers. study was double-blind. Mequitazine impaired coordination 7.5 h after ingestion (considered to be a chance result), but there no effect threshold or acuity. reduced the number substitutions substitution test. Terfenadine had performance feelings. Triprolidine test, lowered are likely prove acceptable H1 antagonists when sedation must avoided.
