摘要: Abstract The production of d -lactic acid by Lactobacillus lactis RM2-24 was investigated using modified media to increase the efficiency fermentation process. results indicated that addition 5 g/l peptone and 1 g/l (NH 4 ) 2 HPO enhanced 32%, as compared obtained from non supplemented media, with a productivity 3.0 g/l/h. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) expression profile in these different studied which resulted appearance additional LDH isoform produced cells when they were grown HSYE . appears be l -LDH contributing fermented broth. This is totally new information lactic could very useful industries engaged production.
