摘要: In this study, a type of injectable polysaccharide-based hydrogels were prepared via the Schiff-base crosslinking reaction between amino groups carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) and aldehyde oxidized dextran (Odex). The gelation time CMC/Odex hybrid was 25–50 s, depending on weight ratio. hydrogel displayed storage modulus ∼1 kPa, freeze-dried showed an interconnected porous structure. in vitro degradation test PBS fast mass loss first 2 days, then gradual profile over 4 weeks. cytotoxicity ability to support cell attachment tested by incubation with L929 cells. results indicated that good cytocompatibility, relatively higher CMC content supported Moreover, potential application burn wound healing SD rats deep second-degree wound. It found group treated nearly complete closure at 21 days after treatment compared unsatisfactory efficiency untreated group. Additionally, histological analysis H&E Masson's trichrome staining clearly regeneration skin appendages, including hair follicles, sebaceous glands dermal papillary, suggesting promoted regeneration. Overall, polysaccharide may serve as suitable scaffolds for promoting
