摘要: Objective: The present study aimed to compare the clinical characteristics of volunteers with temporomandibular dysfunction before and after performing exercises those who only followed self-care guidelines.Methods: A parallel randomized controlled trial was performed. Individuals included underwent intervention twice a week for one month, while control group guidelines.Results: Twenty-three participated; however, during study, four dropped out. At end degree depression decreased in group.Conclusion: level pain decreased, but improvement not statistically significant and, therefore, could be attributed intervention. It can concluded that strategies used reduce this were sufficient dysfunction.
