摘要: Herein, the effects of Dy3+ doping concentration on structural and photoluminescence properties activated tetragonal GdVO4 matrix, synthesized via co-precipitation method, have been presented in detail. The infrared spectroscopic studies confirmed presence vibrational bonds corresponding to Gd-O at 433 cm−1 V–O 830 cm−1, respectively. microscopic elaborated nanosized spherical particles. Upon UV excitation, as-prepared GdVO4: xDy3+ samples exhibited intense blue yellow emissions due 4F9/2 6HJ (J = 15/2, 13/2), dominant peak 574 nm was hypersensitive electric dipole transition → 6H13/2 (∆J 2) ions. Above 1 mol% doping, quenching PL intensity observed inter ionic energy transfer among non-radiative between ions attributed multipolar interactions. critical distance calculated be 25 A.
