摘要: Abstract Storage technologies such as lithium-ion batteries (LIB) are a key technology to enable emerging transportation well sustainable energy policies. The manufacturing of LIB cells is characterized by high scrap rates up 40 % in the industry and demand, leading environmental impact costs. Furthermore, themselves their highly complex systems with various quality parameters material flows. However, rising demand for storage technologies, production needs become more environmentally friendly cost-effective. To achieve this, better understanding higher transparency flows context needed. This paper presents gate-to-gate methodology evaluation efficiency cell manufacturing. implementation presented concept based on data acquisition tracking tracing system tested at pilot line Battery LabFactory Braunschweig (BLB). results this assessment can be used inputs further sensitivity analysis methodologies Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) or Costing (LCC) respectively Total Cost Ownership (TCO).
