摘要: This paper focuses on the differing ways in which organizations send conflicting signals, form of contending organizational values, to their managers regarding appropriate behavior a given situation, and impact that this has manager's decision-making process. It posits existence three different types value contention examines influence resulting patterns sense-making evident responses, based upon interview data from cross-section two organizations.
