摘要: In this article, we present a perspective on the interaction between formal and informal institutions in spatial planning which they transform each other continuously, processes that can be described analyzed as ongoing reinterpretations. The effects of configurations dialectics are often ambiguous, only partially observable, different domains at times. By means analyses key concepts theory practice, is illustrated developed. Finally, analyze transformation options systems, emphasizing limits transforming formal/informal configurations, stressing importance judgment conflict.
