摘要: Abstract Low-energy collective E1 moments in nuclei from the Ra-Th and Ba-Sm region are analysed within shell-correction method based on reflectio-asymmetric Woods-Saxon model. Extensive systematics of experimental intrinsic dipole presented. Shell effects isovector moment explain local quenchings strength observed experimentally. It is demonstrated that inclusion neutron-skin contribution to macroscopic crucial for understanding trends.
