摘要: The effect of nano ZnO (nZnO) upon the fertilization and early development embryos Mediterranean sea urchin Paracentrotus lividus is reported herein for first time. Zn ion (ZnCl2) bulk (bZnO) toxicity were assessed comparison. embryotoxicity tests showed a 100% already at 1 μM nZnO (expressed as [Zn]) while bZnO ZnCl2 EC50s 0.98 [0.88-1.19] [Zn] 2.02 [1.97-2.09] [Zn], respectively.
