摘要: The population structure of Plasmodium falciparum has been widely studied in diverse epidemiological contexts, but emphasis made regions with high and stable transmission. In order to establish the genetic P. areas Colombia different degree endemicity, we 100 samples from malaria patients two municipalities. frequency multiclonal infection these correlation endemicity were carried out by comparison amplified products polymorphic segments MSP-1, MSP-2, GLURP genes. We found low size polymorphism genes: 1 MSP-1 allele, 3 MSP-2 alleles, 4 alleles. conclude that is genetically homogeneous.
