摘要: Knowledge of strong predictors mortality and longevity is very important for actuarial science practice. Earlier studies found that parental characteristics as well early-life conditions midlife environment play a significant role in survival to advanced ages. However, little known about the simultaneous effects these three factors on longevity. This ongoing study attempts fill this gap by comparing centenarians born United States 1890-1891 with peers same years who died at age 65. The records controls were taken from computerized family histories, which then linked 1900 1930 U.S. censuses. As result linkage procedure, 765 confirmed 783 obtained.
