摘要: 1. The mean velocities at which granulocytes roll along the walls of small venules have been related to their blood flow in preparations hamster cheek pouch and mouse mesentery. In animals anaesthetized with Nembutal, 30-200 mum were observed microscopically movement rolling quantitated on films. Apparent velocity was determined from films embolizing platelet thrombi.2. four distribution about 100 cells almost symmetrical mode, a proportion moving up three times mode velocity. Therefore, very similar.3. two mesenteric cheek-pouch venules, temporarily altered during after gentle compression fine glass fibre; this associated proportional changes cell velocities.4. different pouch, increased (r = 0.963).5. thirty-six ten mesenteries, 0.915) between 300 1000 mum/sec. Above did not increase further.6. is presumably governed by forces, shear force flowing an adhesive surfaces vascular endothelium. Our results suggest that, within limits, proportionality due force, being similar for all cells. that adhesion per granulocyte order 10(-5) dynes.
