摘要: For the first time, we have reported establishment and serial propagation of an axenic culture Leishmania chagasi amastigote-like forms. Parasites were characterized by microscopic evaluation expression two stage-specific genes, A2 Ldccys2 amastigote-specific cysteine protease. The differentiated forms maintained cultivation.
