摘要: A number of reproducible, technically satisfactory methods are available for experimentally measuring the anti- and proangiogenic activities vascular growth factors, hormones, peptides, pharmaceuticals. group widely used in vitro vivo assays angiogenesis reviewed here. The aortic ring, sprouting, tube formation systems chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM), zebrafish, tumor xenografts immunocompromised mouse, Matrigel plug models. Human cannot be entirely reproduced a single assay system. Thus, preclinical proangiogenesis results do not assure clinical efficacy. Most discussed here, however, respond predictably to standard inhibitors factors cost effective.
