摘要: The present invention relates to a method and device for treating patients with Protein Misfolding Disease by chronically administering an effective dose of thormbolytic reagent over intermittent period time. thrombolytic reagents degrade the misfolded proteins that accumulate can become toxic in such patients. administration is administered transdermally via transdermal patch equipped ultrasound transducer enhancing penetration into bloodstream patient increasing permeability patient's skin.
