摘要: The structure and function of chloroplast in plant can be affected by herbicide, resulting the decrease photosynthetic capacity. photosystem II (PSII) plants is considered to primary site where light-induced delayed fluorescence (DF) produced. In this study, a simple analytical model DF has been developed diagnose damages photosynthesis caused herbicides based on charge recombination theory. Using home-made portable detection system, we have studied effects two different kinds decay kinetics soybean (Glycine max (L.), Jinghuang No. 3). Current investigations demonstrated that analytic equation dynamics proposed here accurately determine extent damage metabolism truly reflect mechanism about which inhibit electron transport chain. Therefore, with proper calibration may provide promisingly new practical means for pharmacological analysis damage-diagnosis metabolism. technique could potentially useful detecting herbicide performance vivo screening generation promising low toxicity superhigh efficiency.
