摘要: In this paper, a new principle biosensor for non-invasive monitoring of the regulation photosynthetic metabolism based on quantitative measurement delayed fluorescence (DF) is developed. The biosensor, which uses light-emitting diode lattice as excitation light source and compact Single Photon Counting Module to collect DF signal, portable can evaluate plant photosynthesis capacity in vivo. Compared with its primary version our previous report, better control environmental factors. Moreover, improved automatically complete measurements CO2 response curves intensity. experimental study, testing has been made soybean (Glycine max Zaoshu No. 18) seedlings treated NaHSO3 induce changes growth metabolism. Contrast evaluations were from net rate (Pn) consumption tested plants. Current results have demonstrated that accurately determine regulatory effects Therefore, presented here could be potential useful real-time regulators (PGRs) other exogenous chemical factors
