摘要: Evidence on the relationship between cancer and occupational exposure to pesticides endocrine disrupting chemicals is reviewed. In animal studies it has been proved that majority of are carcinogenic. humans, have classified as carcinogens by International Agency for Research Cancer. Farmers may therefore be at higher risk acute chronic health effects associated with pesticides. Human data, however, limited small number evaluate individual pesticide. Cancer breast, ovary, prostate, testis, thyroid hormone-dependent, which fostered research potential environmental so-called endocrine-disrupting Professional well public raises risk. Interaction adjuvant other toxicants increases actual On hand, organochlorine triazine herbicides require further investigation a possible etiologic role in some hormone-dependent cancers.
