摘要: In the last few years, liquid column chromatography experiences a second Renaissance. By improvement of separation efficiency, reduction analysis time and automation analytical process, particularly detection, this method became an important tool in high-boiling thermally unstable substances. A new chromatograph is described, which permits to carry out preparative separations without any limitation. Examples for application show universality instrument.
